Terms of service

Last updated: 13 May 2026

1. The service

Osoro GEO is a website-scoring tool operated by Osoro Solutions. It analyses publicly available pages and returns a directional score for how prepared a site is to be cited by AI search engines. Paid consulting services are delivered separately under their own engagement letters.

2. Using the scan

You may scan any URL you own or have permission to scan. You must not use the service to harass, defame, or harm any third party, and you must not attempt to disrupt the scanning infrastructure.

3. Accuracy

The free scan and the full report are diagnostic tools, not guarantees of search performance. AI engines and Google change continually. We make no promise that implementing our recommendations will produce a specific commercial outcome.

4. Payments and refunds

GEO Workspace subscriptions are billed at the prices published on our pricing page at the time of purchase, following a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without charge. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

The GEO Report is a one-off purchase at the price published on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Generation begins immediately after payment is confirmed. This purchase is non-refundable once generation has started. If generation fails due to a technical error on our part, we will either re-run it or issue a full refund.

Managed GEO Retainer engagements are governed by the separate engagement letter signed at the start of work. For billing questions, email hello@osorosolutions.com.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all rights to the scoring methodology, scan output, and Osoro brand. You retain all rights to your website and your own content. You may share your scan report freely.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, our total liability for any claim arising from the free service is limited to £100. Liability under a paid engagement is capped at the fees paid in the preceding 3 months.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after a change indicates acceptance.
