Your best customers are asking ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini who to hire before they ever type your name into Google. Sites sitting on page one of Google routinely show up nowhere in those answers - and there is no Search Console to tell you.
101 audits run with this pipeline so far.
The gap
Most brands spent years optimising for Google. That work does not automatically carry over to AI search - different systems, different signals, different winners. A site can sit on page one of Google and show up nowhere when a buyer asks an AI assistant the exact same question.
Ranking is not being cited
Google returns ten links and lets the buyer choose. ChatGPT returns one answer naming two or three brands. If you are not named in the answer, you are not in the consideration set.
The signals are different
Keywords and backlinks move Google. Schema, entity clarity, extractable answers and co-citation move AI engines. Strong SEO with no GEO is a real and very common position.
You cannot fix what you cannot see
There is no Search Console for AI answers. Until you measure which buyer queries cite you and which cite a competitor, every decision about it is a guess.
The audit
Are you visible inside the AI answers your buyers already use to build their shortlist, or are you not? Here is exactly what comes back.
- Your overall GEO score, plus all four pillar scores - Technical, Content, Entity and Trust
- The buyer queries where AI engines are citing a competitor instead of you
- The specific signals blocking citation, ranked by impact rather than by effort
- A full written GEO report - normally £149, free while we are building founding case studies
Proof
Osoro GEO is new. Rather than invent quotes, here is the one before/after we can evidence - our own site - plus a guarantee that puts our fee at risk instead of your trust.
Before · Grade C
After · Grade B
The first scan flagged exactly what the tool is built to catch: entity ambiguity. Missing sameAs links, unverified identity, and thin trust signals were making AI engines treat the site as marketing-heavy and skip it. We fixed what the audit prioritised. On the re-scan, Entity climbed 58 → 71 and Trust 50 → 65, pulling the overall GEO score from 70 (Grade C) to 77 (Grade B).

If you'd rather we fixed it
The audit is free and yours to keep - take it and implement it yourself if you like. If you'd rather we did the work, we agree the buyer queries that matter to you before anything starts and quote a fixed fee on the call. If ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google AI Overviews are not citing you for those queries within 90 days, you get your money back.
Why 90 days
Technical fixes get picked up by AI crawlers in roughly 2–4 weeks. Content and entity signals take 30–90 days to surface in AI answers. Thirty days would be a nicer promise and a dishonest one - we guarantee against the real timeline.
Why there's no price
Deliberate. The fee depends on what your audit turns up - clean technicals with a weak entity graph is a different job from neither. We quote it on the call, once you have seen the gap. Never before.
Run the audit
Enter your URL and a buyer query. Your score comes back in about 30 seconds. No card, no account.
Read the report
The full written report generates while you wait and lands in your inbox the same session. It is yours to keep either way.
Walk through it with me
Optional, and worth it. Fifteen minutes, we read the gap together, you leave knowing what to fix first. No deck, no discovery-call theatre.
Money comes last
If you want it done for you, I quote a fixed fee on that call - once you have seen the gap, never before.
A free AI Citation Audit showing precisely where your brand is missing from the AI answers your buyers already use to decide. No cost to see the results. If it makes sense to fix, we talk fee after that - not before.
